Ingredients

Here are a full list of ingredients that can be found in Test Freak:

– Fenugreek

This ingredient is a known natural ingredient that boosts testosterone levels. A trial that involved 30 patients who were diagnosed with a 500mg of fenugreek for 6 months revealed that the patients showed the levels of testosterone increased dramatically. The levels of estrogen remained intact. Fenugreek has also been found to improve testosterone levels in other studies.

– Magnesium

Magnesium has been known to help improve free and total levels of testosterone. It is also known to facilitate muscle relaxation and thus is a key ingredient in this product.

– Zinc

Zinc is used to increase immunity and libido. It has been found effective in increasing testosterone production by more than one scientific study.

– Vitamin B6

Vitamin B6 is incorporated into this testosterone booster as it promotes healthy and fast energy. Vitamin B12 is the more popular vitamin for this purpose, however, this booster prefers B6 for it will be used by the body more quickly and the body will eliminate the extra one.

– Stinging nettle

Stinging nettle is another substance that will greatly help improve your testosterone levels. From my research, stinging nettle contains a substance that is responsible for stopping globulin which binds to testosterone. This will boost levels of free testosterone.

– Tribulus terrestris

This plant is from the Ayurveda family and has for a long time been used for its ability to enhance male properties. Its ability to increase libido in men is its main reason for incorporation in this testosterone booster. Recently, it has been said to boost testosterone in men.

However, science has not made a breakthrough in this herb. Researches show that this herb has got no influence on the levels of testosterone. In spite of this, most manufacturers of the supplement continue to insist on this ingredient as a testosterone booster.

My Recommendation

Although Test Freak does contain some good ingredients, it is still missing a couple of the most effective and clinically proven ingredients on the market. It is also priced a little high for my liking for what it is.
